The question is:  Do you starve yourself first or practice eating as much as you can to strecth your stomach?

In 2010, the Italian Cultural Society raised over $1600 for the Hospital Foundation for the purchase of an upgrade for the Ultrasound Machine used by the Anesthesia Department.  The most frequent use of this technology is to visualize either nerves to freeze and to enhance post operative pain management. 

The Italian Cultural Society was started in 1996 as a non-profit society and over the years they have donated thousands of dollars to many local community groups from the Lions Club, Knights of Columbus Christmas Hamper, Food Bank and the Hospital Foundation.
