Meet Myriah Foort, 2010/2011 Secretary/Treasurer for the Campbell River Hospital Foundation.

As a Chartered Accountant with Meyers Norris Penny (MNP), Myriah provides accounting, tax and auditing services to clients ranging from individual business owners to large organizations. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients, and enjoys the client contact and variety of work that public practice accounting provides.

Myriah is actively involved in the community including team captain for her office Relay for Life team over the past four years, an active member in the Chamber of Commerce and Business Women's Professional Network in addition to her executive role with the Campbell River Hospital Foundation.  

Myriah joined the Hospital Foundation board in 2009 because she was looking to get involved in a board role in a local organization. She chose the Hospital Foundation because of the strong reputation of the
organization and the fact that all money raised was going back into the community hospital.
